Targeted, strategic coaching helped Kristina + Breanne Co shift their business and mindset to achieve consecutive record-breaking launches.
"Paul helped us think about our business and about ourselves on a completely different level. We started thinking of our business on a higher level; we can operate on that level, we can attract business at that level, and there are people out there who will pay us at that level."
Kristina, Elite Performance Coach and Co-founder of Kristina + Breanne Co
Breanne and Kristina are elite performance coaches who help sports moms strengthen their athlete daughter's mental game. Through coaching, education and membership programs Kristina + Breanne Co provide daughters with the skills they need to excel in their sport and moms on how to support their athlete daughters as they're competing.
In August 2021, Breanne and Kristina engaged Paul Pruitt for a VIP coaching day before joining Paul and Melissa Pruitt in Adaptive the following month.
Breanne: "We had big goals for what we wanted our business to produce. And we weren't there yet. We'd had our business for about three years at that point but had only really focused in on what we were doing for about eight months. Our ultimate goal was to leave our jobs and do the business full time."
Kristina: "It seemed like there were all these ways to go about everything. It was just like, more and more and more and more methods. Which one do we do? What's going to make a difference and help us grow?
We wanted an expert to look at our business, look at everything, all these different things that we could do, and help us figure out what to actually do."

We had a launch right after our VIP day with Paul, and that was our biggest launch to date at that time. And we were like, "Oh my gosh". This was after we raised our prices and everything, so it was pretty cool to immediately see that people would pay.
"Having us think about it differently, that mindset shift and the tangible ways that can support that mindset was a big change for me."
What are some of the other big shifts you've experienced in your business from working with Paul and Melissa?
Breanne: "After we joined, we had back-to-back launches in January and March of 2022, which achieved three times the amount of that September launch. I would attribute much of that to what we learned from Paul and Melissa. They've helped us a lot with how we were previously doing challenges before launches. Paul helped turn that into a challenge that sells, not just a challenge that gives free advice. So challenges that convert."
Kristina: "That launch in September was also when we started our sports moms' inner circle. So we expanded our program to talk not only about the daughters but also the moms. That came from one of our moms who thought our program was that anyway, and we're like, "Oh, that's interesting". But then Paul doubled down on that idea saying if we were serving the moms more, that would help with their buy-in because it's not only for their daughter, it's also for them.
That shifted the whole model of our programs even to this day, and we continue to keep the big focus on the moms.
Another big shift was realizing we were spending too much time teaching. Now, we help them to actually move forward and be able to purchase our program, which ultimately serves them better, versus feeling like we had to be like teaching for free all the time.
Also, we looked at all of our products, thinking about the deliverables of those products and how we can deliver them in a way that we also love. So it's not just us giving and giving, but also creating something that we love to deliver and that our people love. We realized that a deliverable for one could actually be a deliverable for the other."
"We did our VIP day in August. In September, we had a record-breaking launch. In November, we started our Dream Team. Then in December, we sold our very first retreat ever. We just did things really fast. And part of that is because if we were confused about something, we just went to office hours and asked. We didn't muddle around trying to research and figure it out. We just took the idea to office hours, brainstormed with Paul, and then implemented it."

Why was Adaptive the right choice for your business?
Kristina: "Programs or communities we were in previously were always big groups, thousands of people. You get like little tidbits of help, but you don't actually get somebody who knows your business and will be strategic with you.
We didn't have a place to go where we had a coach who knew our business, where we could ask a question, and they would have context. And they would actually be strategic and think through it with us. Adaptive gives us that."
Breanne: "We just also loved that perspective that Paul brought around selling and his marketing mindset. He just thought a lot differently than what we had been used to. Really, Paul's a genius, so we wanted access to what he had to say on all of that."
Have you seen a significant return on investment for you and your business?
Breanne: "In so many ways. It's been a great investment. We have a return on our investment numbers-wise for sure. Out of our original VIP day in August 2021 came a tangible price increase in our program. But we also created a whole other high-level coaching program that hadn't even existed in our business before. That's now generated over $30,000 for us-probably more-in less than a year."
"We've tripled our return. The numbers prove that it was worth our investment."
"We've tripled our return. The numbers prove that it was worth our investment."
Kristina: "Then, for Adaptive for the year, it was like having a private business coach for a fraction of the cost. To have a coach and access to answers for one-off Google Analytics questions, copywriting questions, or any question, we would have paid way more than we paid for Adaptive."
Breanne: "Also, how we may make decisions has changed. Working with Paul and Melissa has been enormous in our awareness about where we are, where we want to be, and how to get there. Our mindset around how we view ourselves and view our business has shifted. I can't imagine not having the skills and mindset they taught us. So I would say for sure, it was definitely worth it."
What insight could you offer someone considering joining Paul and Melissa in Adaptive?
Kristina: "I always find Paul to be very strategic, which I like; he sees the big picture. And he does a phenomenal job relating things to everyday experiences. He takes this kind of nebulous online thing and puts it into terms of things we all experience every day. And so you learn quickly because the analogy makes perfect sense to you."
"I like that they value family; it was one thing we really liked about them. They're not about hustle, hustle, push everything hard. They're not about bending rules or being unethical, or being slimy. They value honesty and integrity and family and work-life balance. That's why we're building these businesses: to be with our families and do the things we love."

"Breanna and I, that's our value system. And that's theirs. So we just instantly connected with them. I think that's important for people to know when they're considering who they want to take guidance from when building their business."
Breanne: "That was big for us, you know, we just liked them as people. And that's important, I think, in connecting, growing, and putting in the work. On a practical note, they are also very responsive. Anytime we had a question, they just got back to us right away, and you could tell that they put a lot of care and thought into the advice and guidance they gave us. We really felt valued and seen in this program."
