It’s a new year and Melissa and I have made some big updates this year already.
We wrapped up a year of full time travel, where we spent our summer in Santa Barbara and this past fall in Lexington, Kentucky.
We started the year out just for a few months in Orlando, Florida and after a series of micro decisions, decided to make this more of a permanent home base with a new home in Celebration, Florida.
Celebration was the town that Disney built and feels like a Hallmark movie walking through it.
Melissa loves how close we are to Disney and we’ve been enjoying nights at Epcot, which is only 12 minutes away from our new home.
I hope your year has been off to a great start with a new perspective of opportunity and possibility.

OK, this is crazy.
I started learning from Adaptive in December 2024. In the 3 months up to March 2025, and based on my new approach and new language and the new ideas Paul, Melissa and team have introduced, I will have sold more coaching and consulting than I did the entire previous year combined! (and last year was a good year!).
I am now sold out to the end of the calendar year....I can't recall the last time I have been sold out 10 months in advance!

Between Adaptive Marketing Program and Online Marketing Mastermind, we’re only working with 100 people total.
It’s an odd concept for some of our peers to understand.
In fact we’ve been criticized and challenged to scale and “go bigger”.
That’s not what Melissa and I are all about.
We really love the intimacy of our communities and getting to know everyone we work with.
So with this invitation to Adaptive Marketing Program, just know there is a true limit.
We won’t go over 100 people between both programs and at this time we only have 11 seats available.

2. We’ve added Quarterly Planning Sessions with Melissa
Melissa has been loving her weekly Office Hours Calls twice a week, helping members with all kinds of topics around courses, memberships, and coaching programs.
Here’s some of the topics she’s helped members with just this past week:
- Best strategy to get momentum going for list building
- Launch phase communication
- Creating a new offer for a webinar
- Understanding the emotions of your ideal clients
- Creating content that connects with your audience
- Sales page design and copy tips
- Creating a brand new offer and how to price it
In addition to these weekly calls, she’s added a quarterly planning session where she takes members through the exact process we go through when we are building a new course, launching our memberships, or growing our coaching program.
She just wrapped one up this past month and the members loved having this time to plan things out. Many of them commented that they feel calmer and more focused after this session.
The Quarterly Planning Session is something you get access to as an active Adaptive Marketing Program member.
3. We have new Coaches including a Launch Coach!
As you know we have a number of different types of coaches in the Adaptive Marketing Program.
Originally we started with our team of copywriters to help members with top of funnel questions like messaging for opt-in pages, sales pages, and ads.
They continue to help in these areas, along with weekly reviews of copy and writing an ad each month for members.
We’ve seen dramatic improvement of member’s conversions thanks to their guidance!
We also have our team of digital marketers, tech coaches, social media, and AI Coaches.
These coaches help more specifically with Facebook, Google, and YouTube Ads, SEO, and funnels and automations, as well as all the changes happening with social media and AI.
There are very active conversations happening right now in the community about the results members are getting with their ads and making more informed decisions with their ad spend.
We also have members who are having better results attracting the right clients to their business because of their social media strategies and using AI to help them with content creation and organization.
In addition to these calls, we’ve added a Launch Coach to our team!
She works with our members who are planning to launch their course, membership, or coaching program from the beginning stages of planning the launch to the launch itself.
She’s also a great coach to hop on a call with to debrief a launch, so you know how to plan for your next launch.
We have the most amazing team at Adaptive Marketing Program that are experts at what they do and are invested in helping our members make progress and get things done!
4. Our Adaptive Marketer Dashboard has new trainings in it, including a full funnel building training.
Because we limit our programs to 100 people total, we’re able to have a deep understanding of what kind of help our members really need.
We work hard to make sure we fill the gaps in your business with resources that make sense and allow you to implement…no fluff!
Our Adaptive Marketer Dashboard is just one of these resources that is unlike any other traditional, linear success path.
We’ve added a full training on Funnel Strategy in the Adaptive Marketer Dashboard.
This includes from the top of funnel, middle of funnel, and bottom of funnel, so you know exactly what you should be focusing on as you lead a new potential client to your course, membership, or coaching program.
What’s great is as you go through this training, you can hop on any of my calls to talk through any specific questions you may have.
